Job summary

African Echoes Recruitment is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Sabi Sands, Mpumalanga, to lead housekeeping and laundry operations in a luxury lodge.

The ideal candidate has RSA ID, legal residence, 2-3 years in housekeeping management, strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet presentation standards.
• Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff.
• Manage linen, uniforms, guest laundry, and housekeeping supplies.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels and control departmental costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
