Job summary

IntelliStaff in Franschhoek is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain room and public area cleanliness, including turndown services. Main Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hotel rooms and guest communal areas.
• Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure across all areas of their stay.
• Ensure all guest special requests and requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled by relevant departments.
• Deliver consistently high standards of service at all times.
• Use creative thinking to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to and maintain health and safety standards at all times.

Experience and Skills
