Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to manage daily hotel activities and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will lead multiple departments, resolve guest issues, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a formal hotel qualification and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and English communication skills. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Formal hotel qualification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
• Support and supervise all operational departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Conduct daily operational checks and duty management reports.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
