Job summary

The Bay Hotel, Camps Bay, seeks a Repair & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities, ensure safety and aesthetics, and lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will coordinate with other departments to address issues quickly and maintain guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in a similar role, supervisory experience, and a background in hospitality maintenance. A sound knowledge of architectural drawings and OHAS regulations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate is essential.
• Maintenance management qualification preferred
• Project Management qualification preferred
• OHAS qualification advantageous
• 3–5 years in same or similar role
• Project management or supervisory experience essential
• Hospitality sector experience advantageous
• Ability to mentor personnel and manage supplier relationships
• Strong technical, practical and leadership experience in maintenance
