Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager or supervisor in hotels.

About the Role

Our client is searching for a responsible and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to oversee operations at their hotel in Klerksdorp . In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for all hotel departments during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and prompt resolution of any issues. You will lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and operational knowledge, and contribute to the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all hotel departments during the assigned shift.
