Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s commercial strategy and revenue direction with COO alignment.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and performance metrics like RevPAR and occupancy.
• Manage reservations performance and rate loading to maximise conversions and revenue.
• Governance and optimization of commercial systems including PMS, RMS and CRM.
• Mentor and develop the reservations and commercial teams for long-term growth.
