Lumina Personnel is seeking a Financial Manager BCom (Hospitality) in the Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg. You will lead financial management across five premier restaurant locations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The role requires a BCom Accounting or Finance qualification and 5–8 years of finance experience, with strong leadership, ERP/Excel skills, and tax/audit proficiency. Salary is R40 000– R50 000 CTC, negotiable (DOE).

Qualifications

• Hospitality/retail/multi-branch finance experience required.
• BCom Accounting or Finance qualification is essential.
• 5–8 years in finance with supervisory/management exposure.
• Strong skills in financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, VAT/tax.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with hospitality sector tax compliance and audits.
