Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in tourism/hospitality.
• Proven track record delivering hotels/resorts/leisure assets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project budgets, timelines, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of hospitality projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept development.
• Oversee architecture, interior, and landscape processes.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers.
