Placements24 is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team in Klerksdorp. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance across hospitality venues in the North West province.

This hybrid role blends on-site supervision with administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and liaising with venue management to meet specific cleaning requirements and ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the cleaning industry.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in Klerksdorp.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and work assignments for the team.
