About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning and sanitation operations within a prominent hospitality establishment in Rustenburg, North West . This role is critical in ensuring immaculate guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property. The supervisor will lead a team of environmental services staff, ensuring efficient deployment, quality control, and adherence to strict health and safety protocols. This hybrid position requires a blend of on‑site supervision and off‑site strategic planning. You will be responsible for staff training, inventory management, and continuous improvement of sanitation practices to meet and exceed industry standards. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning and sanitation staff to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement daily work schedules and cleaning routines for all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within environmental services, housekeeping, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
