Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial roles with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in commercial settings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and inspect sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of janitorial staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members based on facility needs and priorities.
• Conduct regular inspections of all clean areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards; address any deficiencies immediately.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and the proper use of PPE.
• Act as a point of contact for facility management regarding cleaning-related issues and requests.
