Competenze

• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 8-10 years' progressive financial leadership experience with executives/board exposure.
• Proven success building finance teams, overseeing procurement and leading systems modernisation.

Mansioni

• Build and develop an accountable finance, accounting and procurement team.
• Modernise and integrate systems to improve data quality and reduce manual work.
• Own budgets, forecasts, management accounts, cash flow and working capital.
• Strengthen purchasing, supplier management, stock controls and payment processes.
• Maintain financial controls, compliance, audit readiness and risk management.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve revenue, margins and cost discipline.
• Lead investment appraisals, capital planning and project expenditure monitoring.
• Support funding negotiations, acquisitions and due diligence where needed.
• Manage banking relationships and covenant compliance.
