Job summary

The Carroll Home Team in South Africa is seeking a result-driven outbound sales specialist to convert seller conversations into listing appointments. This seller-only role focuses on high-volume calling, rapid responses to leads, and efficient CRM logging.

You will make 100+ calls daily, set multiple appointments, qualify motivation and timeline, and work with Lofty and Podio. We offer paid training, performance bonuses, and growth from within. Strong English, organized, and resilient are a must.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, professional phone presence.
• 1+ year in outbound sales or appointment setting (real estate experience is a big plus).
• Highly organized and process-driven.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, good headset.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls every day to seller leads and distressed property owners.
• Set 2 seller appointments daily (listing appointments, cash offer calls, novation consultations).
• Respond to new seller leads within minutes (Google and Lofty).
• Qualify every seller on motivation and timeline.
• Log every call, text, and note in Lofty and Podio the same day.
• Hand off ready sellers with clear prep notes.
