Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to source, screen, and place hires across client projects. You will work with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs, use multiple platforms to find talent, assess fit, and guide candidates through offers and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience interviewing, testing, and referring applicants.
• Experience recruiting through third-party agencies preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service, telephone manner, and multitasking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with candidate sourcing using internet tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs for independent contractors.
• Use recruiting platforms to find qualified talent.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide hires through the hiring process from offer to contract execution.
• Maintain regular communication with talent and address issues.
• Ensure 1099 contractors comply with tax and legal requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
