Job summary

Aon South Africa is seeking a Private Client Services Consultant. This hybrid role gives you the flexibility to work virtually and from our Head Office in Sandton, while you manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

You will build strong client relationships, provide expert insurance guidance on cover and underwriting, coordinate renewals, and collaborate with insurers to secure favorable terms, contributing to growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• NQF-5 Insurance qualification; RE-5 is required.
• Registration as a FSCA FAIS representative is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop and lead day-to-day relationships with clients.
• Coordinate all activities related to the portfolio.
• Build and update client risk profiles and needs analyses per client.
• Handle renewal activities, documents, and meetings with clients.
• Provide professional advice on cover, exclusions, underwriting, and terms.
• Generate referrals through excellent service and knowledge of insurance.
• Cross-sell opportunities and liaise with insurers and colleagues.
