Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to guide daily activities at their Kimberley facility. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate inventory, and drive process improvements to boost productivity while maintaining safety standards.

The role covers receiving through dispatch with hands-on leadership, shaping a high‑performance warehouse culture, and supporting cost‑efficient operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and ensuring task completion.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory procedures.
• Implement and enforce all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
