Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead for our Kimberley facility. You will guide warehouse associates on daily shifts, supervise receiving, stocking, picking and shipping, and ensure accuracy and safety in all operations on site in Kimberley.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 3 years in warehouse ops, with knowledge of WMS, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a physically demanding environment.

About the Role

You will assist the supervisor in managing daily tasks, coordinating workflows, and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse associates during daily shifts.
• Assist in supervising the receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a warehouse lead or senior associate is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safety best practices in a warehouse setting in Kimberley .
