Job summary

Winning Form Careers Site seeks a production/operator to manage dye-sublimation heat press operation and transfer processes. You will set up presses, control temperature, pressure and dwell times, and position sublimation artwork with careful alignment on fabrics.

Responsibilities include production scheduling, quality control for colour accuracy, fabric handling, finishing, and maintaining health & safety, documentation and record keeping throughout the process.
