Qualifications

Recently graduated with a degree in Health Sciences or Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences or Medical Sciences or Nursing or Business or Marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Able to travel to support customer needs.
Must be currently unemployed.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be under the age of 30.
Must not have participated in a YES programme previously.
Should not be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in postgraduate studies.
Commits to complete 12-month internship.

Responsibilities

Support customer engagement and account management activities by working alongside Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists.
Assist with clinical and technical support activities, including product demonstrations, case preparation, procedure support, customer training, and educational initiatives under appropriate supervision.
Coordinate administrative and operational activities, including quotations, purchase‑order follow‑up, reporting, presentations, customer inquiries, and maintenance of accurate records.
Assist with inventory and consignment management to ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and compliance with business procedures.
Develop knowledge of Medtronic products, therapies, disease states, and healthcare pathways to effectively support customer needs and business objectives.
Collect and communicate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence through approved channels.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices.
