Marsh seeks a Client Consultant (Healthcare) based in Cape Town for a 1-year contract. You will manage daily client administration, focusing on member queries, inductions, claims, HR/Payroll inquiries, and new business activity tracking. The role requires 4 days on-site weekly with one remote day.

You will be part of an international, established company offering mentoring, development opportunities, and a collaborative environment within its Healthcare team.

Formación

• Extensive Insurance Healthcare administration experience.
• Experience in resolving member queries.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
• RE 5 Certificate.required for role.
• NQF 5 Certificate preferred.
• Matric required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer day-to-day client activities with focus on member queries, inductions, and claims.
• Handle HR/Payroll queries and new business applications tracking and activation.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and interactions.
• Support Healthcare consulting team during client meetings and trainings.
• Build rapport with clients, providers and colleagues to ensure service level goals.
• Promote loyalty programs and additional product uptake where appropriate.
