Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in cleaning
• Experience in healthcare and safety standards
• People management skills
• Ability to communicate, motivate, develop and coach staff at all levels
• Able to work independently, under pressure, long hours and weekends if required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all cleaning outlets to required standards within budget
• Maintain the cleaning programme and adjust staffing as needed
• Ensure Tsebo standards, policies and procedures are followed (chemicals, work procedures, uniforms, hand washing)
• Ensure correct products are obtained by following proper processes
• Perform daily checks and follow-ups
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to the manager daily
