Placements24 is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator - Health & Wellness to support the execution and management of health initiatives in the Polokwane region. You will collaborate with program managers, community health workers, and external partners to deliver services and achieve program objectives.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to public health, with a focus on efficient delivery, data collection, and program evaluation within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Social Work, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in program coordination or administration, preferably in health.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate program activities, events, and outreach in the community.
• Liaise with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders for program effectiveness.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, resources, and participant registration.
• Collect and organize program data for reporting and evaluation.
• Provide administrative support to the program team to ensure smooth operations.
