Job summary

Momentum Health in Centurion is seeking a proactive Sales & Administration Assistant to support the Business Development Managers and onboard new health solutions groups, while upselling to existing employer groups.

The role focuses on onsite presentations, strong administrative support, and coordinating roadshows, travel, and training for staff and intermediaries, to maintain excellent service levels across the health portfolio.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Minimum 2 years in a similar processing environment, preferably Healthcare
• Relevant qualification advantageous

Responsibilities

• Onsite sales presentations to new employees joining health products
• Onboarding new Employer groups joining health products – onsite
• Provide excellent administrative support to all role players
• Maintain efficient service levels to the health business development manager, branches and brokers
• Branch queries
• Broker queries
• Member queries
• Develop and maintain good relationships with current base of Intermediaries
• Ensure intermediaries and staff are trained on how and where to find information pertaining to Momentum Health
• Keep all stakeholders updated with health updates regarding new and existing business
• Coordinate roadshows and maintain the Momentum Health launch invitee list with RSVP process
• Coordinate and organize marketing workshops and launches professionally
• Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements for the health business development manager and team
• Maintain relations with admin staff and HO staff involved in Health business
• Ensure and assist branch/admin staff training on product/process/system functions
• Maintain sound relations with relevant personnel
• Assist team in achieving Sales targets
• Manage new business related processes and reports to aid in targets
• Provide new business quotes effectively and efficiently
