Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Health Merchandiser for its Cape Road store to ensure basic merchandising standards and excellent customer service. You will stock and rotate products, maintain displays, and assist customers daily, while supporting stock control with accuracy.

The role requires Grade 12, up to 6 months’ retail experience, and MS Office literacy; advantageous to have health-focused diploma/degree and at least 1 year of retail experience.

Formación

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Up to 6 months’ retail experience.
• Computer literate – MS Office.
• Willing and able to work retail hours.
• Diploma or degree within Health Focus category (advantage).
• At least 1 year retail experience (advantage).

Responsabilidades

• Restock merchandise as per business requirements.
• Ensure delivered stock is stored and packed correctly.
• Ensure full range of products is on the shelves at all times.
• Rotate stock on a First In First Out basis.
• Assist with general stocktaking.
• Keep front shop shelves neat with correct labels and pricing.
• Maintain merchandising displays and stock levels.
• Daily upkeep of store and designated stock.
• Assist with back shopping.
• Address customer stock queries and resolve them.
