Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative training sessions tailored to enhance player technique, strategy, fitness, and mental toughness.
• Identify, recruit, and develop squash talent, building a strong pipeline of players for the club.
• Organize and manage team schedules, including matches, tournaments, and team-building activities.
• Provide individualized coaching and performance analysis to help players reach their full potential.
• Maintain and update training facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and effective environment.
