Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in pastry arts with 3+ years in head/supervisor role.
• Qualified in pastry with a recognized culinary credential.
• Strong mastery of classical and contemporary pastry techniques.
• Excellent creativity and dessert presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate pastry staff.
• Solid understanding of costing, inventory and HACCP principles.
