You will plan, supervise, and coordinate complex projects from initiation to completion, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in technical procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidate must lead and manage the technical department and teams.
• Proven experience planning coordinating and supervising large projects.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting and technical design skills.
• In-depth knowledge of perimeter security systems and related technologies.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Technical Department, project managers, technicians, and site teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fencing, electrical, solar, and security installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Review project specs, drawings and client requirements; develop schedules and resource plans.
• Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and surveys; design fencing solutions for farms and reserves.
• Ensure compliance with safety regs, building codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate fabrication, procurement, and site logistics; manage budgets and cost control.
• Prepare progress and site reports, maintain technical files and records.
• Lead continuous improvement and share best practices across teams.
