Job summary

Heart Talent is seeking a Technical Manager for Electronic Security Systems to oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and related systems. You will lead technical teams, review designs, manage budgets and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in security systems, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver large commercial or government projects with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic engineering or IT or related field.
• Relevant security industry certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in electronic security systems.
• Management or supervisory experience in technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning and maintenance of electronic security systems.
• Review designs and ensure compliance with client specs and standards.
• Manage multiple projects, resources and schedules.
• Mentor technicians and ensure high workmanship standards.
• Maintain client relationships and handle escalations.
