Job summary

iOCO Infrastructure Services (iOCO IS) in Johannesburg seeks a Head of Solutions to drive innovative technology solutions and business growth. You will provide strategic direction across solution architecture, pre-sales and engineering, and lead client engagements.

You will build OEM partnerships, oversee new product introductions, and ensure operationalising of solutions across multiple lines of business. Leadership across teams and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• ICT technical qualification including OEM knowledge and general ICT concepts.
• TOGAF, computer science basics and management qualifications are preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams across multiple BU’s.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Lead solution offerings and create frameworks for solutions.
• Investigate new products and technologies to stay ahead of market.
• Operationalise new products and services within client environments.
• Collaborate with services teams to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Provide technical account management for strategic clients and negotiate with executives.
• Contribute to BU strategy and financial modelling for services and SaaS models.
• Engage strategically with OEM partners to strengthen the solution stack.
• Interview and approve new staff for solutions, presales and engineering.
• Assist with bids, write services proposals, and draft SLAs/OLAs.

Are you a strategic and experienced Head of Solutions with a passion for driving innovative solutions and business growth? We are seeking a Head of Solutions to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions, providing strategic direction across solution architecture, pre-sales and engineering. You will drive client engagements, present tailored solutions to key stakeholders, build strategic partnerships with OEMs and oversee the introduction and operationalisation of new products and technologies.

What you'll do:

• Meetings with Clients
• Presenting Solutions to Clients, Internal Sales and Engineering’s teams, OEM’s and other BU’s
• Leading solution offering and creating framework for the solutions
• Investigating new products and technologies
• Help operationalise new product and solutions
• Work closely with the services team to assist with problems and issue
• Technical account management for a few strategic clients, negotiation with executives and key management
• Help with strategy for the BU, working closely with Appie, Richard, Alex and the SDM’s of each LOB
• Assist with financial models for services and as a service models
• Engage strategically with key OEM’s
• Interview and approve of new staff for solutions, presales and engineering
• Help with BID’s, writing up of services proposals, help write up SLA’s / OLA’s

Qualifications:

• Essential Qualifications:
  • ICT Technical qualification (OEM Specific and well as general ICT knowledge such TOGAF, Computer Science, and Management Qualifications)
