Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified clients.

Use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to maintain quality outreach. Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written communication, and the ability to personalize outreach.

Qualifications

B2B sales experience preferred.
2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
