Job summary

Cipla Medpro in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Marketing - RX to design, drive, and manage our marketing strategy across Therapeutic Categories. You will lead product marketing, brand plans, and omnichannel initiatives while aligning with Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

The role requires a postgraduate marketing degree with extensive pharma marketing leadership experience, including Rx portfolio management. Hybrid work and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Marketing Degree required.
• Minimum 8 years senior marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Pharma industry experience including Rx/SEP portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and analyse Cipla Medpro's marketing strategies.
• Lead regional and cross-functional product marketing activities.
• Coordinate budgets and oversee promotional spend.
• Develop access to physicians, payers, and patients with the right product mix.
• Lead a team of product managers and ensure brand plans alignment.
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards alignment.
