Qualificações
- 7+ years in performing arts programming or arts administration with leadership.
- Proven track record curating high-caliber performing arts events.
- Broad network within the performing arts community.
- Bachelor's in Arts Administration/Theatre/Music or related field; Master's preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performing arts programming strategy aligned with mission and community needs.
- Curate and book a diverse range of high-quality events including theatre, dance, music, and experimental forms.
- Manage artist contracts, rider fulfillment, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Cultivate relationships with artists, agents, managers, and arts organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote programming effectively.
- Oversee the programming budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
