• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Own channel strategy and client results.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Agency background with multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the PPC and SEO function; set quality bar and audits.
• Lead client-facing communications and reporting; ensure accountability.
• Diagnose underperforming accounts and direct strategists to fix them.
• Inspire and manage the PPC/SEO team; participate in hiring and interviews.
