Blacksmith Agency seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the PPC and SEO teams across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. You will own the department's strategy, manage the PPC strategist and SEO strategist, and be the owner of channel decisions as accounts scale.

This is a management seat, not an IC role. You will set quality standards, guide audits and reporting, and be the primary client contact when performance is at risk.

Formación

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Ability to own channel strategy across PPC and SEO.
• Comfortable with client-facing ownership when accounts underperform.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards and audits for work released by the team.
• Oversee client reporting, ensuring accuracy and honesty.
• Lead hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
