Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. In this remote role, you will source ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, while maintaining clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
