You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

• At least 2 years in SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience with outbound outreach and personalization.
• Familiar with outbound tools and CRM usage.
• Ability to manage own sales pipeline.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
