Rondebosch Boys’ Preparatory School is seeking an experienced educator to assume the role of Head of Learning Support. This leadership post centers on coordinating the Learning Support Team, collaborating with teachers and families, and ensuring learners with barriers to learning receive appropriate support while remaining connected to teaching and learning.

The role combines leadership duties with a teaching timetable within the weekly schedule, and starts on 1 January 2027.

• Lead and coordinate the school's Learning Support Team and develop effective systems and strategies to support learners.
• Work with teachers, management, parents and support professionals to identify learning needs and monitor progress.
