KAREN TUPPER RECRUITMENT is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager in the Cape Winelands to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring seamless service and top-tier standards. You will lead and motivate the team, collaborate with kitchen and management, and drive high-volume performance while upholding health, safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in high-end dining, guest-focused service, and strong leadership.

Formación

• Must be a SA citizen.
• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant hospitality qualification is mandatory.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in high-end a la carte dining and deli operations.
• Experience managing high-volume service environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Guest-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must reside in the Cape Winelands and have reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient, seamless service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food, beverage and guest service.
• Lead, motivate and manage the restaurant team to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure smooth operations during high-volume service periods.
• Monitor stock control, operational efficiency and health and safety compliance.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to maintain service standards and business objectives.
• Ensure consistent adherence to hospitality standards and procedures.
