Gijima Holdings in Gauteng seeks a Head of Health with proven leadership in selling managed services to the IT market, especially in health. The role focuses on shaping the go-to-market strategy, building a strong, qualified pipeline, and delivering revenue growth across Health accounts.

You will manage a sales team, provide quarterly forecasts, ensure CRM data quality, and prepare Exco briefings on trends, account plans, and renewals.

Formación

• Degree or higher in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years senior sales leadership in IT with managed services experience.
• 5+ years Health Industry focus with relationships to industry leaders and C-level clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Health Industry.
• Drive a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage staff performance.
• Provide quarterly forecasting.
• Ensure CRM is updated with all customer and sales information.

Gijima is recruiting for Head of Health with experience in the Information Technology market, particularly in selling managed services solutions in the Health sector.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Four-year University degree or College diploma in the field of computer science and/or 6-8 years equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years Senior Sales leadership experience in the Information Technology market with experience in selling managed services solutions
• Minimum 5 years Health Industry focus experience, proven relationships with Industry leaders and C Level clients

Purpose:

• Lead the go-to market strategy for Health Industry
• Drive a qualified pipeline of opportunities
• Manage staff performance
• Provide quarterly forecasting
• Ensure that all relevant customer and sales information is kept updated in the relevant CRM
• Account Plans, exco briefings on latest trends, Revenue Protection, Revenue Growth and Renewals are expected.
• Maintain strategic relationships with relevant Industry partners, Gijima Alliance Partners, and customer C levels to facilitate Gijima’s Growth.
