About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate player acquisition, optimise marketing performance, and drive sustainable growth across its iGaming and sports betting operations.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a data-driven growth specialist who understands the player lifecycle and knows how to turn acquisition investment into long-term player value and profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and lead the growth marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and other digital acquisition channels.
• Drive growth in first-time depositors (FTDs), while optimising CAC, CPA, ROAS, and player lifetime value (LTV).
• Analyse the player funnel and implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, attribution, and growth forecasting.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, commercial, and technology teams to improve player acquisition and retention.
• Identify new growth opportunities across African markets and assess competitor activity.
• Lead and develop growth marketing teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Ensure campaigns align with applicable gambling advertising regulations and responsible marketing standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Strong experience in iGaming, online gambling, or sports betting is essential.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns and delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of FTDs, CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, GGR, NGR, and player retention metrics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, multi-channel campaigns, analytics, and attribution.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across CRM, product, and commercial functions.
• Exposure to African iGaming markets is advantageous.
