Placements24 is assisting a leading Pretoria primary school in recruiting a visionary Head of Foundation Phase Teaching for Grade R to Grade 3. The role oversees curriculum, pedagogy, and pastoral care, sets high standards, and fosters a nurturing, innovative learning environment.

You will lead the Foundation Phase team, drive curriculum development and assessment, monitor student progress and well-being, and maintain strong parent communication.

Qualifications

• A degree in Education with specialization in Early Childhood or Foundation Phase.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced educator to serve as the Head of Foundation Phase Teaching at a leading primary school in Pretoria. This critical leadership role focuses on overseeing the curriculum, pedagogy, and pastoral care for learners from Grade R to Grade 3. Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
