Job summary

Placements24 seeks a nurturing and creative Foundation Phase Teacher to inspire Welkom's young learners. You will foster holistic development across literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills, creating an engaging, child-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of foundation phase learners (Grades R-3).

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or Foundation Phase Teaching.
• A teaching registration certificate with the relevant educational body.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in the foundation phase.
• Excellent understanding of child development principles and pedagogy.
• Strong classroom management skills with a focus on positive reinforcement.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
