Job summary

The role requires a Master's or Ph.D. with 7+ years of formulation experience, including at least 2 years in leadership, and strong analytical and collaborative skills to drive strategic product
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 7+ years in formulation development with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Experience with analytical techniques for formulation characterization.
Responsibilities
- Lead formulation development from concept to commercialization.
- Design and execute experiments to develop stable, effective formulations.
- Optimize formulations and manufacturing processes for performance and cost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and provide technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists and technicians.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards in Upington.
