You will hold a PhD with at least seven years of formulation experience, expert drug delivery knowledge, strong analytical skills, and solid regulatory understanding, collaborating with analytical, manufacturing and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Expertise in various drug delivery technologies and dosage form design.
• Proficiency with formulation development techniques and analytical characterization methods.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for drug product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of novel drug formulations for various dosage forms (e.g., oral, injectable, topical).
• Conduct pre-formulation studies to characterize drug substances and excipients.
• Design and execute formulation development experiments, including optimization and stability studies.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and identify appropriate solutions to ensure product performance and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs teams throughout the product lifecycle.
