Job summary

Old Mutual is seeking a Senior Forensic Manager for Investigations to lead and transform the Group's investigations capability. You will drive intelligence-led, technology-enabled oversight of fraud, financial crime and misconduct investigations across the organisation, while building a high-performing team and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Forensic Investigation, Forensic Accounting, Law, Risk Management, Finance, Commerce).
• Master's degree preferred or related advanced qualification.
• Professional forensic qualifications (e.g., CFE, FCA, CA(SA), Attorney) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex forensic investigations from allegation assessment through final reporting.
• Ensure proper collection, preservation and management of evidence.
• Develop investigation strategies, plans and intelligence-led approaches.
• Coach and develop a nationally based investigations team.
• Engage external specialists and provide expert guidance for litigation and regulatory matters.
