Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards in a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will own the Rewards Platform end-to-end, evolving cashback into a full-featured rewards and personalisation suite for business and consumer customers alike.

You will lead a growing team, drive experimentation and A/B testing, and collaborate with Growth, Sales and Product to deliver measurable impact across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
• Led engineering managers and growth of an engineering org.
• Strong track record with experimentation, A/B testing and metrics.
• Hands-on technical leadership with code involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap end-to-end.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform.
• Build and scale the engineering organisation and product units.
• Establish an experimentation culture with rapid learning cycles.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate goals into initiatives.
• Own customer-facing rewards experience across mobile and web.
