With 10+ years of experience and expertise in Java, C++, Python, Go, and Rust, you will mentor engineers, influence product strategy, and ensure scalable, fault-tolerant systems used by millions worldwide.

Competenze

• Master's or PhD in CS/Engineering or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering with emphasis on system design/architecture.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and paradigms (Java, C++, Python, Go, Rust).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native tech (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on system design and architecture.
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and paradigms (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Go, Rust).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience in designing and building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
