• Bachelor's degree in information systems or similar.
• PM qualification or certification is preferred.
• Azure certification is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Applications, Systems Development and IT Support teams.
• Drive business process improvement and systems optimisation.
• Manage software development and systems integration projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage vendors and external technology partners.
• Oversee budgets and service delivery.
• Develop and mentor the BAPS team.
• Ensure business continuity, reporting accuracy and system security.
