Job summary

Crawford International is seeking a Boarder Care Manager/Head of Boarding to oversee the welfare and supervision of boarders across the houses. You will ensure staff comply with school policies, maintain safety standards, and manage the boarding calendar with a focus on student wellbeing.

Responsibilities include fostering a supportive environment, administering boarding life, and coordinating activities to engage boarders while upholding conduct codes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience in Boarding Manager/Head of Boarding.
• Proficient in English language.
• SACE/Teaching qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate supervision of the boarding houses and staff compliance with school rules and health and safety policies.
• Maintain welfare and happiness of boarders; provide supportive presence and address adaptation difficulties.
• Oversee everyday discipline in boarding houses and ensure fair, consistent treatment of all boarders.
