Responsibilities

• 24/7 stand-by communication with parents.
• Admin: maintain documentation, update policy and records.
• Oversee daily routine and boarders' welfare.
• Lead planning of exams and study timetables.
• Organize staff duty rosters and meetings.
• Manage boarding security systems and incident reporting.
• Coordinate transport, medical appointments, and leave arrangements.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and inventory of house resources.
